The restaurant is located in an ancient undergorund coal storage. From ancient times, the typical architecture with stone ceiling vaults has been restored and preserved.
Our "sfoglia" is a handmade thin dough prepared by combining fresh eggs and flour. The final product consists of flat and thin layers, finely worked by our "sfoglina" lady Palma.
We are proud to include in this selection the salami made with exquisite Mora Romagnola meat. We then continue with tortellini, tagliatelle, lasagne and tortelloni.
The restaurant will be closed on April 25th and May 1st
